About the Role
Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for stunning visuals? Bluhive Africa, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Nairobi, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our hive!
You’ll be at the heart of our creative team, designing bold brand identities, scroll-stopping social media graphics, and marketing materials for exciting clients across Kenya and Africa. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to train our global students, sharing your expertise and inspiring the next generation of African creatives.
What You’ll Do
- Design social media graphics, banners, and visual content for clients across Kenya and Africa
- Create brand identities, logos, and style guides from scratch
- Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations and more
- Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing team on campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
- Train and mentor Bluhive’s global students in graphic design principles
- Stay up to date with design trends in the Kenyan and African market
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign or other professional graphic design software
- A passion for bold, beautiful, and impactful visuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to teach and mentor others
- Experience working with brands in Kenya or Africa (added advantage)

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER INTERN

About the Role
Are you obsessed with social media? Do you know what makes content go viral on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook? Bluhive Africa is looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to join our buzzing team in Nairobi!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, creative, and digitally savvy individual to gain hands-on experience in social media management at a real digital marketing agency — working on live client accounts across Kenya and Africa.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage social media accounts for Bluhive Africa and our clients
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends in Kenya and suggest fresh content ideas
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
- Assist with social media campaigns and reporting
- Support the team with content creation and copywriting
- Learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced digital marketing team
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for social media and digital trends
- Basic content creation skills — photography, short videos, captions
- Good written communication in English (Swahili is a bonus!)
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Creative mindset with fresh ideas
- Currently studying or recently graduated (this is an UNPAID internship position)
- Nairobi-based and able to come into the office
